Clean Up Australia Day 2025
To commemorate Clean Up Australia Day this week, the children and educators embarked on a community walk, collecting rubbish along the way. This hands-on experience helped the children develop a sense of responsibility for keeping our environment clean.
After our walk, we read the book “Yes, I Can Help Save Our Planet,” which sparked a rich discussion about the small actions we can take to care for the Earth. The children shared their ideas on how they can keep the planet happy and healthy. Together, we explored the connection between a happy planet and happy people, reinforcing the importance of looking after our environment for our own well-being.
