Excursion to Mingaletta Aged Care to visit our Grandbuddies!
After 2 years of connecting with their Grandbuddies from Mingaletta Aged Care via zoom meetings, our children finally got to visit them in their home.
The children were very excited to travel in the Mingaletta mini-buses and loved seeing where their Grandbuddies live. The two generations spent time connecting with each other and sang their favourite songs.
This ongoing relationship has helped the children develop empathy and gratitude while improving the mood and well-being of the residents by reducing their loneliness and isolation.
